Healing and Health Retreat

HeaHea specializes  in the treatment of eating disorders, the effects of trauma and  depression

 

At HeaHea Retreat, we offer a unique approach to helping individuals impacted by eating disorders. Our name, derived from the words “Healing” and “Health”, reflects our commitment to promoting holistic wellness and recovery.

 

Nestled on a serene hill in Owego, New York, our retreat center provides an idyllic setting for healing and self-discovery. Our client-centered program is designed around two critical decisions: a small census and a dedicated age group.

 

By limiting our maximum census to 15 clients, we can provide personalized attention to each individual’s needs, enhance therapeutic interventions, and maintain a flexible program schedule. Our dedicated focus on adolescents allows us to target specific issues that impact their emotional and physical well-being, designing group topics around their common stressors and triggers.

 

Our multidisciplinary team of professionals brings diverse expertise and experience to our youth-centered approach. By empowering our clients to establish daily life changes that safeguard their health and state of mind, we strive to promote lasting wellness and recovery.
