Partial Hospitalization (PHP)
Our transitional partial hospitalization program typically lasts between 2 to 4 weeks, depending on the client’s progress and needs. It is entirely focused on the client, and it can last longer than four weeks, if needed. Our program enables clients to assess their progress, address any difficulties, and gain further insights. Ultimately, this ensures that they are fully equipped to manage their recovery and are ready for discharge.
Examples of Transition Partial Program
Whether a client boards the duration of the program or remains at home, transitioning from the program is crucial to one’s success. Each client will have their own transition program based on their needs. This allows clients the opportunity to gradually wean off the program in a supportive therapeutic manner and return to their daily lives to practice learned skills and self-care.
